This insured the flow of service SLA restoration as well as new company/customer projects.• Monitored budget, team timesheets and overtime, and material cost on consumables. Negotiated the purchase of new splicing trailers, testing equipment and tools for the in-house splicers. With company savings over $150K. • Reviewed & processed engineering designs for network restoration materials, new company growth and customer-oriented projects. This impacted how much time reduced by understanding what needed to be done or corrected prior to dispatching our crews to restore the services within the SLA.
