 Work cohesively with the wider finance team to make sure accounts payable/receivable processes are followed accurately. Process three-way match invoices, check requests and expense reports on a regular basis. Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices. Process and reconcile credit card payments and complete bank reconciliations. Assist with month end close and AP accruals. Cash Application, update daily cash flows forecast. Generate invoices and account statements. Maintain accurate records of incoming payments. Maintain vendor files. Provide supporting documentation for audits. Process protocols for invoicing. Intercompany Reconciliations: reconcile and communicate efficiently with the sister companies to ensure accuracy of the ending balances for the monthly and yearly close. Prepare and upload Journal Entries. Reconcile Prepays accounts such as: Insurance, Software, Conference/Seminars, Utilities and Taxes. Monthly Bank Reconciliations; maintaining disbursement account, operating account, and petty cash. Create intercompany payment proposals. Review co-worker’s reconciliations for the month end.
