Aradhana Goel is a seasoned Product Strategy and Experience Design leader with over 20 years of experience tackling complex business challenges, leading diverse product and service portfolios, building high-performing teams, and driving impact. She is a passionate about guiding new product development and scaling growth portfolios—a focus she’s honed in roles like Head of Product Strategy & Design for Bayer Pharmaceutical, where she led digital solutions for Cardiovascular and Women’s Health, and Head of Design Strategy & Experience at Capital One Bank, where she shaped and scaled the Capital One Café concept.Aradhana’s expertise has been shaped through leadership in large, matrixed organizations as well as in entrepreneurial ventures. As a design consultant, she spent 8 years with IDEO, where she also co-founded IDEO’s office in India, defining its core offerings and business model, building client relationships, and growing a local design team from the ground up.Currently, Aradhana teaches at Carnegie Mellon University’s Integrated Innovation Institute, sharing her knowledge of Product Innovation with future leaders, while advising organizations as a strategic consultant and leadership coach.
