As Manager – HR I was responsible for Corporate Relations with immediate responsibility for building and promoting Brand image of Shergroup India, Employee Engagement, Attrition Control, Employee Satisfaction, Training & Development and Administration Implementation of HR Administration which includes Reward & Recognition process, Termination process, Performance Appraisals, Employee grievances & various other activities. Re-designing Corporate strategy, building Brand image and designing Corporate governance Policies and Procedures and implementation of Value systems to give a back bone to Shergroup.
