Experienced consultant and leader in media, events and engagement. Extensive experience across the broadcasting, arts and technology sectors, with a passion for industry development to better reflect, represent and influence society.A charismatic leader, I spearhead high-profile initiatives, bringing people together across organisations and across sectors. I believe in building partnerships to create innovative and rewarding experiences. I am an experienced public speaker and regularly chair and speak at public events and forums, such as the Royal Television Society, as well as contributing to industry boards and working groups.I am an expert in leading large-scale strategies, programmes, events and senior stakeholder management in the creative industries. Previous projects under my leadership include: director of the flagship OKRE Summit; executive producer of Creative Cities Convention; producer of 23rd Congress of the Worldwide Association of Women Journalists and Writers, taking place in the U.K. for the first time to celebrate 100 years of female suffrage; launch of national BBC television channels; head of industry for international film festival; lead on BBC Radio's "studio of the future"; producer of the What Next? national event for arts and culture; and lead on the Film and TV Charity's "Training+" project for better mental health.I consult on digital, diversity and engagement strategy, covering short-term, mid-term and long-term goals. I was responsible for putting together and delivering the technology strategy for BBC Archives and worked with Sadler's Wells, the National Theatre and AudioUK to develop their engagement goals with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion.
