Currently, I serve as a Senior Executive in HR and Administration at Go Courier & Logistics Service.I spearhead various initiatives including recruitment, employee training, development, and performance evaluations, all aligned with the company's strategic objectives while prioritizing employee satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Previously, I worked as a Human Resources Executive at Esquire Group, where I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR and administrative functions such as staffing, recruitment, performance monitoring, and maintaining organizational filing systems. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Data Collector and Presenter for Save the Children Bangladesh (Project Kalorob), where my responsibilities included gathering information from essential service centers, mapping geographical areas, and facilitating community capacity-building through workshops and training sessions. I have also participated in several professional development courses, including Office Management Training, Industrial Compliance Management Training, Payroll Management Training and Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace. My community involvement was such as Community Action and Volunteer for Bangladesh.I hold a PGDHRM from BIMS and completed my MBA in Human Resources Management at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Among my significant achievements is the successful recruitment and training of over 1,000 manufacturing plant workers and staff. I have successfully implemented the BGMEA Employee Identity Management Software, facilitating the registration of 12,000 employees across various factory units. My leadership in key initiatives, including the "Garments Workers Lifestyle Change project", "Women’s Empowerment project", and support for "Physically challenged workers project", has resulted in substantial enhancements in employee welfare and workplace inclusivity. Furthermore, I have proficiently managed the Training School under the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP), which is funded by the Asia Development Bank.I play a pivotal role in advancing workforce skills development initiatives. My proficiency in Human Resources Information Software (HRIS), specifically 'Kormee', along with a thorough understanding of the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, highlights my extensive knowledge and compliance in HR practices within the industry.
