 Screening and Short-listing of resumes according to specific technology. Sourcing and Screening profiles based on Client specifications through in-house database, job boards, groups etc., Also involved in sourcing candidates from job portals, internal database.  Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates technical skills based on client's requirement.  Coordinating with the candidates through E-mail  Extensive recruitment expertise in various key technologies like .Net, C#, Java, J2EE, Oracle, Oracle Applications, Business Analyst, Core Java, Biz talk developer, Project Management, Share Point, Testing, Network Engineer technologies.  Maintain database records utilizing wizard for all active and inactive candidates, ensuring an accurate pipeline of qualified technical professionals  Worked closely with Account Manager for candidate selection. Interacting with the sales people in US for the requirement and supporting them by submitting quality resumes. Has experience in working in direct client requirements and effectively sourced GC’s, EAD and US Citizens.  Created strong relationship with the Candidates and the vendor.  Maintained database for candidates along with their Skills and other information of the consultants.
