★ Core Responsibilities:-i. Prepare Comparative Statement (CS) & Selection for Substation, Generator, Solar Panel & Overall machineries for all plants.ii. Overall Calculation & Prepare estimation for MDB, SDB & Cable for the new factories.iii. Prepare Single Line Diagram (SLD) & Cable Trench Layout in the AutoCAD for Substation.iv. Prepare & Submit the Application for Demand Note, CT-PT Test & ELB Certification for the factories.v. Develop & implement strategies to optimize the minimizing cost & maximum efficiency of overall plant substation, generator & machines performances.vi. Ensure the quality, warranty & after sell service of the plant machines during foreign & local procurement.vii. Collaborate with external vendors & suppliers to source high quality parts & services at cooperative prices.viii. Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards & safety protocols related to the overall Electrical operationsix. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities on the factories machines to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.x. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and enhance the longevity of the machines.xi. Generate regular, weekly & monthly reports on fleet performance, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators for management review.

Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.iii. Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance work. Including liaising with operations, prioritizing jobs, mobilizing the workforce, and spares, and allocating resources.vi. Ensured the availability of electrical spare parts for all lines with minimum inventory cost by planning their stock levels, ordering them from suitable vendors, and following their purchasing cycle.vii. Make suggestions and recommendations for better maintenance and development of system development & possessing professional manner with all colleagues for concentrating on team work.
