• Company Profile:Making Markets Work for the Jamuna, Padma and Teesta Chars (M4C) is a 5-year project implemented in the chars of ten districts of northern and north-western Bangladesh. The project is mandated by SDC.
• Support Market development team in designing MRM procedures for interventions as per DCEDstandards and in project level aggregation of impact
• Work closely with market development team for proper design of project interventions and planning of MRM activities in the field
• Develop appropriate MRM tools and processes to track interventions & capture new idea and impact of project’s interventions
• Support in planning and execution of six-monthly review meetings (6MRM) and documentproceedings; facilitate monthly planning meeting and reporting process
• Support MRM Manager to undertake appropriate capacity development measures forproject personnel and subcontractors’ teams on MRM
