Roles and Responsibilities:1. Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, IP phones and printers for end users.2. Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into ticketing system. Record, log and monitor day to day service call and complete service ticket after solution is confirmed in place.3. Manage and administer the network routers, switches and other network appliances. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.4. Update and maintain IT inventory.5. To ensure service uptime for network, server and phone are meet SLA at 99.80%.6. Involved in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) setup, testing and implementation.7. Initial budget proposal and tracking budget expenses for IT OPEX and CAPEX.8. Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware and maintenance contract.9. Involved in data extraction project to replace manual timesheet process.

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Monitor system health and capacity and perform proactive system maintenance.2. Configures, setups, and deploys Cisco IP Phones.3. Implements, configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN/Data and voice networks. (Cisco switches and routers).4. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.5. Perform preventative maintenance & redundancy on network equipment.6. Configures and maintains Juniper firewall.7. Maintains hardware inventory for network equipment and IP phones.8. Support VDI project in network planning.9. Support Server team for newly server setup.

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Responsible for Exchange Administration (Creation & Deletion of Email accounts & Distribution Lists) and Active Directory management (Moving Objects (Users/Computers/Groups) across OU's and Internet email IDs.2. Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems, configuration and installation of PCs, notebooks, printers for end users & peripheral inventory management.3. Maintaining and updating workstation and peripheral records.4. Provide first level workstation (desktop/laptop) support on Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office, peripherals support, network (LAN/wireless), hardware and software installation/upgraded.5. To maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk System. Record, log and monitor day to day service call and complete service ticket after solution is confirmed in place.6. Handling & administering current Enterprise Network to ensure connectivity between critical sites are maintained at best possible level, and to allow all daily operations to run without disruptions.7. Configured and setup E1 Link between branches and HQ to provide better network connectivity for branches.
