Product Director of Product Management

Building omni-channel payment solutions that enables large, international retailers to seamlessly accept payments and serve customers across channels and countries. The role includes:- Building a omni-channel product strategy- Managing cross-team product roadmaps - Building transparency and trust across the organisation- Customer research, market and competitor analysis, industry trends etc.In addition, the role includes:- Hands-on development of prototypes to assess new product opportunities with customers- Product-market fit assessment through capability, market and competitor analysis- Value proposition communication to development, marketing and sales- Presenting and assessing strategic product opportunities with management - Defining customer and user pain-points- Reporting directly to our COO / CTO- Working closely with product owners and development teams to manage day-to-day ops.- Performing marketing related tasks, including merchant communication and announcements.- Defining. visualizing and communicating omni-channel user journeys- Building tools to support product delivery processes (Product Runway, Feature Refinement and Tribes)

- Project management (incl. PRINCE2 & agile)- Product mgmt. community of practice- Business analysis, competitor mapping & pricingHas a passion for improving the innovation agenda and leveraging new technology to meet business strategies. Experience in areas such as on-demand digital servitization, agile delivery models, CRM & ERP systems, sourcing and automation. Experience covers the financial sector, government institutions and the retail industry.

- Building and launching software to a paying B2B customer base (+100)- Full-stack development, LAMP stack (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Google Cloud)- Defining a go-to-market strategy, value hypothesis and growth hypothesis- Pro-active customer engagement (B2B, retail clients)- Managing a network of partners (wolesale, whitelabel)- Experience working with customer service software- Using user-centered methods to identify user needsAcquired by Tercios Venture Holdings Ltd.Design & development of conversational interfaces and live chat software. Cybersmile aims at simplifying and improving customer contact through automated support utilizing natural language processing and our Cybersmile Live Chat Software.
