- Ensure their accuracy and compliance with Company policies and Regulatory Authorities such as FAA - Check and issue all diplomatic permits (overflight and landing permits) and also all other services as catering, hotel, transportation, Visas etc..- Ensuring all the Handling services in Djibouti Airport- Ensure all security checks and then hire staff for their department- Ensure that all the government standards for safety and security are implemented- Ensure to have direct contact and to coordinate with all the airline operators- If needed Charter other type of Aircraft with different operator - Developing commercial proposals for the lease or sale of the aircraft Falcon50- Identifying the risks and ensuring that contracts are commercially viable to pursue, secure and implement.- Preparing and negotiating contract documentation with customers and working closely with the Legal team to draft and execute such sale and lease agreements to ensure maximum benefit and minimized risk - Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
