• Assist Architect in preparation of design solution, layouts and schemes of architectural fit-out, residential, commercial and warehouse projects for company’s clients.• Production of architectural, construction, as-built and shop drawings.• Prepares of 3D Render visualization.• Ensure the designs and technical drawings adhere to Local Building Authority guidelines and client’s requirements.• Coordinates design and production works with architectural and engineering teams and communicates project requirements to other team members.• Reviews the completeness and accuracy of final construction drawings and documents.• Prepares technical drawings and documents for Local Building Authorities submission.• Follow-up on the progress for various projects and tasks to ensure overall objectives and timelines are met within the contract.• Attends meetings and conduct site visits to ensure that standards are followed and implemented accordingly within all stages of construction.• Prepare minutes of meeting and coordinates with site supervisor, architect and engineers to resolve site matters.

• Assist Principal Architect in formulation of design concepts, layouts and schemes of architectural fit-out, residential, commercial and warehouse projects for company’s clients.• Production of architectural, construction, as-built and shop drawings and ensure the designs adhere to Local Building Code and client’s requirements.• Compiling of paper works and project documentations.• Coordinates with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and consultants to discuss project progress and quality of works.
