Working as Technology Architect at iENGINEERING, my responsibilities included overseeing all the software development activities in the organization. I was responsible for managing end-to-end solution delivery starting from proposal, conceiving the technical solution, building scale-able architectural designs, leading development, and final deployment. I was managing multiple development teams with parallel timelines. As a certified CMMI professional, I was also responsible for defining organizational processes and continuously improving them to suit the organizational needs.

My responsibilities as a Development Manager included management of all the project running in the Development group. My duties included working in close coordination with the USA clients as well as the development teams for ensuring timely delivery of large projects while exceeding the customer expectations.

At ZTE my responsibilities included Requirement Analysis, translation of requirements into a description of the software structure, database design, software components, interfaces design, and successful implementation of low level telecommunication protocols of the system. Beside the design and coding of server application, I was involved in system programming for following network entities: ZTE ZXJ10 Huawei M800 HLR InfoX- AAA C&C08 Siemens EWSD

My responsibilities included design and development of Web and Desktop projects.
