To work as-a. Head of HR & Administration department of any renownwed group of companies, MNC etc.b. Company Secretary or Chief Compliance Officer of a renowned listed company or FMCG or growing Group of companies etc. To work with responsibilities of Board Secretariat, meetings management (Board of Directors meetings, AGM/EGM etc) Corporate & regulatory compliances, Company Law matters, relevant RJSC works, audit management, Tax management, external Affairs etc. Additional experience : Project Profile preparation, to provide support service on setting new Industrial undertakings (like- BIDA, IRC, ERC, VAT reg. Fire license, Environment registration, BSTI licence etc ) & all kinds of corporate Legal services.
