Core Responsibilities...* ACCOUNT MANAGING - Skills in professional empathy and conflict resolution were generally used when having to manage a client's account, primarily when advertisements which had gone to print were not to the client's satisfaction. Additionally, account managing required being the go between the client and the creatives, ensuring that both parties understood what was required within the set budget.* ADMINISTRATION - Skills in computer literacy, as well as learning quickly, were brought to the forefront when being introduced to new systems and the passage of dialogue between the advertising manager, the editor, the creative team and the clients.* BRAINSTORMING - When the client would send a home-made advert that would not be beneficially productive, skills in professional empathy, professional dialogue, creative thinking and content creation were shown to assist the client in de-cluttering an ad, ultimately making it easier to read and more effective.
