As a customer Service Specialist I help customers find the best apartment for their needs, and help current residents with any apartment related concerns. I work to form relationships with the residents and customers to make them feel comfortable in my apartment complex, turning it into a community they are excited to be a part of. I plan monthly events to bring the residents together, and manage several social media sites to help promote the property. On a normal day, I handle payments, communicate via email, phone, and other web sources, I construct and explain leasing documents, and find new strategies to keep our property fully occupied.

I am an Architecture student with experience in engineering and mixed media arts. I have experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and am working with Rhino currently. I am eager to learn more about modern design while respecting the brilliance of historic designs. I look forward to everything this field has to offer.
