-Responsible for creating and maintaining Operation sheets for all the products in the Data Electronics Values stream which include Fuel computers, Indicators, Refuel Defuel panels and Controllers.-Responsible for Identifying and implementing solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions for the department-Have been part of multiple Kaizen Events in the facility tackling problems related to cost, Inventory, Delivery, Quality and lean. -High Performance Team (HPT) site coach and HPT team leader for the Data Electronics Value Stream.-Worked on various work transfer programs such as A350, A220 and ERJ-170 and ERJ-190.Part of Zero Defects Team to implement As9145 (APQP & PPAP) and AESQ Standards which includes AS13000, AS13004, AS13006 and others.-Responsible for Initiating Engineering Change Request (ECR) in Enovia to Improve, Correct or Clarifying Assembly Drawing, Part lists and other documents as required.-Lead Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) using problem solving techniques and 8D process to communicate with the customers, analyze data and work with a cross functional team to resolve the issue in a timely manner.-Work on six sigma projects to reduce cost and improve quality by utilizing DMAIC Problem solving tools such as Preto charts, Fishbone, 5 why, Mistake proofing.-Resolve day to day operations issues, Review defects and implement process improvements to increase yield. Work with Supply chain to make sure parts arrive on time and product is shipped out on schedule to realize sales of 25 Million yearly for the department.

•Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex high power flight control/pump control electronic units to the component level with minimal supervision.•Can read and understand schematic and working diagrams, utilizing electronics test equipment to troubleshoot and repair a cross selection of avionics units. •Experience in troubleshooting and repairing flight control/pump control electronic units for aircraft's from Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer.

• Responsible for quality engineering reviews of process design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.• Tasked with Planning, coordinating, and directing quality programs designed to ensure quality control and quality assurance of the production of products consistent with established standards• Perform testing on RF components such as Visual inspection, plating thickness, force testing and VNA. Conduct First Article Inspections when needed along with additional duties as assigned
