I also coordinated the organization and logistics of cultural events both within and outside the community.Highlighted Achievements: Project Consolidation: I successfully strengthened the project within the community, promoting the continuous participation of students and enhancing the teaching and support team. Funding Acquisition: I secured three years of funding from the C&A Foundation, which ensured the sustainability of the program and expanded its impact. Promotion of Musical Practice: I encouraged professionalization in musical practice within the community, creating spaces for formal learning and the artistic development of participants.
