Following my internship in the summer with TDAY as an operations associate, I was offered the role of becoming the Head of Operations. Within this role, I have the opportunity to do a wide variety of tasks which expand my knowledge in the Sports Media Realm tremendously. Some of these are:-Attend daily meetings with other Head + members, focusing on vision, ideation, content creation, and more- Lead a group of operations associates, delegating tasks, communicating, and being their main point of contact.- Create graphics and business decks for potential TDAY production clients- Created a website for TDAY Sports using squarespace, embedding different integrations into the website as well.- Create custom graphics/QR codes for events and spread throughout PSU campus- Create data spreadsheets for different clients to track views, likes, and progress throughout months. - Create weekly data scorecard decks to share with the team on information from the week prior to see what we are doing well, what we need to improve on, and tracking goals for the quarter. - Create decks showcasing data from TDAY to share with any potential clients, a resource for the team, and more. (EX: TDAY capabilities deck)- Create a branding deck to share with anyone on the team to keep consistency in style, as well as helping to make the onboarding process easier. - Create linkedin posts/graphic decks for clients to showcase different things such as monthly recaps, live event recaps, sports updates, tips, etc.- Ideate, create graphics, and post information to outreach and find potential fits for different job openings.- 10-20 hours a week on top of being a full-time student
