As the CEO and Co-Founder of Empy.ai, I lead a team of developers and marketers who are passionate about creating a platform that helps managers and employees communicate more effectively and empathetically. Empy.ai is a real-time employee conflict analytics and resolving tool that integrates with Slack and Zoom and uses AI to detect and address instances of violent communication, increase trust, and foster connection in the workplace.I have over eight years of experience in pitching, selling, launching, consulting, and scaling tech and B2B products in different markets, using Google products and other digital marketing tools. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from the British College of Banking and Finance, and an advanced degree in Psychology. I am also a facilitator of non-violent communication, a catalyst of increased trust, and a contributor to male mental health and well-being. My current project combines my skills and interests in technology, psychotherapy, and empathy and aims to benefit teams who cannot afford hiring an offline coach to guide them through the intricacies of non-violent communication.
