Behrah Baspar Mana is a subsidiary of Kipa Company which started its work to manufacture and modify polymers (Additives) for bitumen, asphalt and Insulation industry. Both the formulation and the manufacturing process are exclusively under Kipa’s license. I am mainly responsible for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction of an organization. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of a business such as production, finance, marketing-sales and R&D.

Within the sales division of Kipa Co. my responsibilities include market research and analysis, developing the marketing plan, developing pricing strategies, and negotiating contracts. I also provide first-class service in order to push the sales of a certain product. Acts as an intermediary between producers and our providers.I also makes necessary phone calls and meetings to help sales. Allows people to make inquiries as necessary.

I learned to operate manufacturing equipment in three distinct plants which produce equipment and systems such as switch & connectors, indicators & multimedia systems, electronic boards, suspensions & brakes, trim parts, dashboards & bumpers, and powertrain systems. I also learned about industrial processes such as Wire Drawing, Plastic Injection Molding, Extrusion Molding, Forging, Coatings, Spring making, Blow Molding, CNC Machining, Rolling, and Assembling.Crouse Company Website:http://www.crouse.ir/
