I started my career understanding the nuts n bolts of the construction game through Architectural Drafting and Design. I transitioned across into the sales side of the construction game in 2014 - where I really found my feet, and my passion - people! I love construction and the detailed nature of the building game, and I enjoy the complexities of people. Interestingly these principles of care and integrity have served me the greatest success in both profit and revenue! I am always top sales rep in all of the places I have worked. Id be amiss to not mention my driving passion in life - my family. I have 5 great reasons at home that keep me focused on being my best. My family drive me to be successful in my career - I strive to model to them good work ethic, honesty, success and integrity... My reasons to be great are my 2 boys, my 2 young girls and my amazing wife.
