Senior Solutions Analyst
CurrentSoftware:• V3 System is a highly scalable and configurable browser-based system. It includes integrated Workflow, Imaging, and Self Service features. The system is suitable for use by Public Pension Funds, Taft-Hartley Plans, Municipal Plans, and Third Party Administrators.• Equitrak, an enterprise solution designed to meet the front and back office needs of the Alternative Asset community and offering functionality for investment and partnership administration. The system is uses by Administrators, Transfer Agents, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Institutional Investors, and Family Offices.Responsibilities:• Responsible for the functional mapping of client business requirements to the software solution. Worked directly with clients on solutions mapping that included specifications for product enhancements, system configurations and/or business process improvements.• Involved in the overall functional suitability of the solution. Responsible for system business design, the drafting of initial spec documents, implementation issues and Onsite Q&A.• Worked closely with the Vitech development team to obtain clarification of requirements and reviews proposed design solutions to ensure the installed solution meets all system implementation requirements• Involved in various projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies• Utilized SQL, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio).
