Aiming to develop critical thinking and strategic planning skills among students, enabling them to analyze and evaluate business activities effectively and make ethically sound decisions. Integrating global perspectives and highlighting the impact of socio-cultural, ethical, and environmental factors, fostering a sustainable and creative approaches in the business environment.The course includes important assignments, including Extended Essay, Internal Assesment, Summative Assesmets and other activities to completely evaluate student knowledge and understanding throughout the course.

Facilitating the use of extracurricular activities to improve the learning experience during class meetings.• Student Engagement: Conducting problem solving sessions tailored to students' needs, providing them with additional learning support outside regular class hours.• Assignment Evaluation: Responsible for the accurate marking and scoring of student assignments, ensuring timely feedback.• Office Hours: Conduct office hours both jointly with the instructor and independently, focusing on reviewing assignments, clarifying students' questions, and offering detailed feedback on graded work. • Course Logistics: Manage essential course logistics, including updating the Moodle platform with necessary materials and posting grades, to maintain an organized and accessible learning environment.• Exam Proctoring: Oversee the administration of exams, ensuring a fair and conducive environment for semester exams.

After the completion of the internship and small initiative project proposal was offered the position of assistant to the PM.

Internship was in the MarCom department. Tasks included research and analytics, presentation making, cold calls, market research, blog-writing and of course minor technical assisting to every department in the company. Was engaged in brainstorming, groupworks and team meetings to fully adopt to the corporate environment of the firm.

• First 2 weeks monitored the work of the operations manager, learned about the basic procedures and the software that was used in the F&B and reception. • Analyzed the price formation of the Menu cart, and the hotel rooms. Gained detailed information on how to provide quality service, communicate with the guests and delegate responsibilities to the staff. • Worked as a receptionist for 3 weeks. Learned the check-in procedures. Cooperated with the tour operators and suppliers/outsourced firms. • Prepared 3 email marketing templates on MailChimp for creating a restaurant newsletter online to keep the guests updated. Participated in the strategy organization of the mailing campaign, discussing the target and other possible channels of communications. • Worked in the bar, kitchen and main hall of the restaurant "Le Poirier". Did the day-ledger bill account closing of the restaurant. Supervised cleaning and sanitizing, counting the cash in the register and restock.• Got proficient in the following HORECA softwares: "Mews", "Eitjie", "Quadit", "Lightspeed".

First experience in the field of event management and marketing. Participated in the project "World's Top Speakers In Armenia", which had hundreds of participants. Assisted in organizing the following events: "Outbox Thinking" by Sergey Ozerov, "Service Strategies" by John Tschohl, multiple conferences, seminars, private teambuilding and trainings. Participated not only in the technical, logistical and organizational part of the events, but also engaged in promotion, marketing and task delegation of every event.
