My professional career stems from the military; security (private, corporate and commercial); loss prevention and training orientated in a diverse range of industries. I can adapt my training and communicating skills to be able to deliver and train out a variety of subjects ranging from military tactics and skills through to security and fire safety awareness, first-aid, disability awareness and leadership development, either on a one to one basis and/or to large groups of delegates.A vast in-depth knowledge (through academic qualifications) and experience (through hands-on frontline implementation of practical solutions) acquired over 2 decades of health and safety management systems. My experience within risk management/loss prevention has allowed me to develop a wide spectrum of knowledge and skills to undertake security and safety audits/surveys of premises, assets and grounds to help owners mitigate risks by designing and implementing control measures.Skilled at working as an individual using my own initiative and being self motivational and also working within teams, as I have much experience as a team and project leader, getting the best out of project/team members.
