Current• Carry out store administration duties and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.• Achieved financial targets through a strategic approach focused on developing, monitoring and the improvement of measurable statistics that drives the business. • Deal with compliant and grievance that arise from staff or customer through effective communication. • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction by offering excellent service to increase customer retention. • Manage all inventory movement by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of marks-downs, transfers, RTVs and consolidations, damages and repairs, shipment receiving, customer sends and POS transactions.• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. • Ensure proper management of store expense such as payroll/wages, supplies et.c• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
