I am a passionate, Latinx Higher Education professional who is accustomed to working in a fast paced and changing environment. I am a strong advocate of diversity and believe it must be represented in all areas of Higher Education. Understanding how difficult the path towards success can be, I try to be open and understanding with students as I assist them. I'm a strong proponent of using data to make informed decisions that create an equitable educational experience.
