 Daily Sales Report Generation:• Compile and consolidate daily sales data from multiple channels (Oracle, V-thru, Deliveroo, Talabat) into Excel reports, breaking down figures by individual shop locations.• Summarize and report total inventory of finished products sold. Production Report Generation:• Generate comprehensive production reports daily, capturing details from central kitchen operations based on production checklists. Export Management and Item Registration:• Prepare essential documentation for inventory shipments from Kuwait to Saudi Arabia (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Export certificates).• Register exported items on SFDA and SABER platforms to ensure compliance and facilitate shipping. Cost Control Tasks:• Calculate and monitor recipe costs for kitchen-produced items, ensuring cost-efficiency in ingredient usage.• Produce daily purchase summary reports and manage menu updates to inform management about discontinued items. Supply Management:• Order and manage daily supplies of dry ice and milk products for production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery based on the distribution plan. Cash Distribution Management:• Strategically plan and distribute cash in various denominations to meet the operational needs of retail outlets. Additional Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain required operational checklists, forms, and reports as requested by management.• Engage in continuous improvement of process and operational efficiency.

i)       Loading and unloading of company products by ensuring the cleanliness of trucks ,quantity and type of product loaded and the posting of the loaded quantity on the systemii)     Maintaining warehouse staff of 10 to 20 employees and ensuring they provide full productivity and good outcomeiii)   Daily inventory count of the finished goods and sending a detailed report to the operation and production manager of the daily inventory countiv)   Receive and ensure finished goods produced are maintained in proper receiving area with accurate quantities and issuing a production receiving form for the daily finished goods producedv)     Writing daily reports of the trucks send and received to Sales warehouses and confirming their arrival and the delivery of the goods loaded.vi)   Confer with sales warehouse representatives/storekeepers to ensure efficient replenishment of sales warehousesvii) Weekly physical count of warehouse and comparing them with the system’s numbers to ensure perfect stock control and good inventory.viii)   Supervising the loading of export orders by ensuring the quality of the container that is being loaded into, quantity, type and procedure of the loading process and revising claims of damaged goods received to the delivered destinationix)   Logistical support to truck drivers by helping them arrive to their required destination and easing their loading and unloading process  x)     Analysis of the daily stock report and advising the operations manager of warehouse needs in terms of goods producedxi)   Management the daily working processes of a three story warehouse of finished goods and maintaining the day to day operations
