With nearly 20 years of experience in public relations and public affairs, I am the Founder and Managing Partner of Mozaic Media & Communications, a boutique firm that delivers forward-thinking solutions and senior counsel to clients across various industries, including government, nonprofits, and Fortune 100 companies. I specialize in social media development, marketing communications, and strategic communications, and I have brokered new alliances and partnerships that have resulted in long-term benefits for my clients and their stakeholders.Prior to founding Mozaic Media, I served as a Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff to the Secretary of the California Environmental Protection Agency, and as a Senior Environmental Policy Advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. I played a key role in the development and implementation of AB 32, the first state-level climate change policy and greenhouse gas emissions legislation in the United States. I also spearheaded the roll-out of high-profile international summits on climate change, and managed the California-Mexico Border Relations Council. I am passionate about environmental policy and sustainability, and I am an active member and leader of several advocacy and community organizations.
