It must also be a commercially viable solution, allowing companies to adopt it without being forced to by government legislation.This starts with the off-grid energy sector, and its reliance on diesel generators. Diesel generators produce vibrations that need to be monitored in urban areas; diesel generators are so noisy they cannot always be used 24/7; diesel generators produce harmful emissions at the point of use, delivering particulates into the lungs of construction workers and festival-goers alike. As ultra-low emission zones, and air quality regulation rightly force a move towards cleaner solutions, stage 5 diesel generators have emerged. While quieter and less polluting in operation, they are very expensive, use more diesel, and have higher maintenance costs – We see an alternative: the hydrogen fuel cell.

Strategy and innovation consulting for technology lead companies, based in PA Consulting's Technology and Innovation Management team in Cambridge. I focus on helping corporates meet their innovation aims, done through a variety of means from business model innovation, better innovation management, right through to leading rapid market tests and launches. At times this can also include conducting technology landscaping and creative workshops for clients to help develop new or innovative products and solutions. Experience has included taking a consumer health retailer from business case through to in-market pilot launch for a new to market product and service offering, all in four months, which ultimately helped drive the £1.8bn sale of the company. Other experience has included advising one of the world's largest consumer healthcare companies on where they should strengthen their innovation management and new product development approaches in order to help them deliver better and more innovative products to market faster.

Founded and set up Dapper, an online delivery dry cleaning and laundry business operating in London. Took the business from an idea through to a company serving corporate offices and individuals across London. Oversaw all non-web aspects of the business from service and product strategy through customer servicing to corporate sales and supplier management. Ultimately it we wound down the business for many reasons, one was being absurdly out-funded by the competition but also key among the reasons was a choice between different passions - and the work I do at PA Consulting won.

Working predominantly London and Moscow in the retail/corporate banking sector as well with global payment schemes. Providing clients with strategic advice driven largely by either data analytics, economic and scenario modelling. Data analytics work focusses around data visualisation, data driven segmentations and other customer analytics capabilities (such as Net Promoter Score analysis and sentiment analytics). Within economic and scenario modelling this was mostly excel based, looking at net benefits within economic eco-systems. While most work has been within the financial services industry my real interest lies within consumer business. One area in particular is around developing more agile business or product strategies to product development through harnessing the real time insights that data analytics can provide.

- Analysed and devise solutions to foreseeable construction problems that will be encountered when assembling the new Royal Navy Aircraft Carriers- Ratified and performed calculations, using MathCAD, on the structural integrity of the aircraft carriers- Computer Aided Design of ship superstructure, using AutoCAD, required for finite element analysis of the ship structure using ProENGINEER

- Reviewed all SWATHplus (seabed bathymetry and imagery mapping system) hull mounting hardware- Redesigned metal work and mounting brackets using SolidWorks- Liaised with stakeholders and suppliers to determine requirements of the SWATHplus product and the feasibility of executing such requirements- Created and updated engineering designs, Bill of Materials and user manuals for all SWATHplus hull mounting hardware
