ecomended was founded by Leann Campas, with the help of her husband Aran, and daughter Laura in November 2018 to provide "everyday products for sustainable living" at our retail location in Tempe, AZ. We have all seen the demand for environmentally friendly products grow exponentially over the last several years, and while this is a beautiful thing in general, there has been a downside for consumers and retailers. Many manufacturers saw strong support for these products and realized that they could demand higher prices simply due to it being a niche market. This resulted in higher prices to the consumer and smaller margins for the retailer. Enter ecomended! Our focus was to provide eco-friendly alternatives at fair prices to the consumer, while also ensuring excellent margins for our stockists, and we are succeeding based on our core value of Affordable Sustainability.
