Ensuring the delivery of a consistent level of quality to meet internal and customer requirements and the continued optimal performance of the rolling stock during operation and maintenance.

Inspecting completed units interior, exterior, underframe and roof, ensuring the build is to agreed quality standards. Supervise production teams in defect rectification. Conduct customer offers, accompanying PQE and customer representatives on units initial quality offer.
