On a busy operating shop floor, supervising safe stacking and loading of vehicles manually and with forklift equipment. • Managing a Transport office operation, ensuring runs departed and arrived on time, providing accurate debriefs of any delays and collation of legally required maintenance paperwork.On site Person in Control, responsible for team of three shift managers. The operation involved segregating over 5 million mail pieces per day. Required direct communication with 34 Mail Centre offices to co-ordinate the arrival of the mail and concurrences where necessary.
