My work focuses on translational research, adopting a problem-solving approach and leveraging cross-disciplinary skills and technology to transcend the boundaries of traditional clinical and research fields. This process is fostered by nurturing collaborations between clinical and research faculty, where we work together to identify problems, ideate solutions, perform proof-of-concept and validation studies, leading to formation of startups and/or collaborations with industry partners. I am an excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with inter-disciplinary groups. I am highly motivated by results-oriented projects which can be ultimately translated into a product towards improved patient care.
