That involved analysis of the volumes, needs and other conditionings of the company, sector and clients, to propose the best new set up, discovering and involving the best suppliers and putting in place the new strategy and means involving contracts, SOPs, IT requirements, internal processes, etc...- Improvement of several supplier´s performances driving to a reduction of internal costs, which required the analytical competence and knowledge of the sector to understand where the problems were arising; the development of an improvement strategy and the negotiation and persuasion abilities to convince suppliers of the mutual benefit of the changes.- Development of the full trading internal organizational set up by working with IT in incorporating all internal requirements into the EDI implementation, working with different internal teams and different subsidiaries in UK, DE, IT, FR to adapt the internal processes, developing the SOPs and processes with suppliers, etc...
