In the integrated systems management department I have carried out a wide variety of tasks focused on ensuring quality in all the systems that make up the company. ✏ Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are the fundamental pillar on which the company's activity is based. From the quality assurance department I have participated in the correct application of GMPs as well as in providing training on them to all staff.💊 My tasks related to production are the review of batch documentation for release, management of incidents and deviations in collaboration with the areas involved, follow-up of corrective activities and evaluation of their effectiveness.📑 On documentary control I have been in charge of the elaboration, revision and approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), revision of manufacturing master guides.📋 As part of the quality assurance department I have also participated in the management of internal and external audits as well as in the preparation of the reports derived from them.🔎 Attention to detail and dynamism has been essential to fulfill efficiently and satisfactorily all the different daily tasks.

🧠 My main objective was to study the mechanisms of memory formation & learning as well as the relationship between intestinal dysbiosis and mental disorders using a mouse model (alteration in glycan-binding protein). I took part in a multidisciplinary team in which I was in charge of managing the mouse colony and planning, execution & analysis of experiments.I did my scientific research at Hospital Nacional de Parapléjicos within the Membrane Biology and Axonal Repair’s team led by Dr. José Abad Rodríguez.My biggest highlights during this period were:💡 Contributing to a biomedical project with 2 high-impact publications as first-author💡 Analysis of 500+ tissue, cell and genetic samples using different techniques (histology, cell biology, molecular, immunology & genetic techniques)💡 Presenting scientific data in 5+ national and international congresses and discussion with key experts💡 Preparing and delivering 4+ oral presentations with impactful & rigorous scientific materials

🎯 During my Masters, I developed my project on the Parkinson’s disease. I studied the genetic factors involved in these diseases and their relationship with neuronal metabolism and cellular stress.I contributed towards:💡 Design and optimization of 5+ protocols (cell viability, apoptosis, and glucose metabolism) in <2 months.💡 Image analysis of 1000+ optical and confocal microscopy images using ImageJ software.
