Competence• Qualify products based on customer’s perspective - how the product is being used by the customers. Qualify products based on customer specifications and requirements• Establish and set customer requirements as specifications to manufacture products, make work instructions and process control plan, buy-off the process and products, lead and facilitate investigation to process and product non-conformance and recommend improvements, make and submit reports, lead and participate internal, external, customer and ISO audits• Manage and facilitate customer complaints, claims, field returns, production shutdown issue, assurance of supply, ROSH-REACH-Conflict of Minerals requirements, plant visit, quality issue investigation, etc.• Manage and facilitate supplier quality issues, supplier qualification and selection, process-product-system audit on supplier’s site, reduce turn-around time of complaints and responses, etc.• Manage new product qualification through NPI process, First Article Inspection (FAI), product qualification & reliability testing (e.g. NPI qualification testing, ORT, HALT, and others), packaging reliability testing, box build and control panel products
