Oversee all activities college consulting, SAT/ACT boot camps, enrichment programs, and internships in all three campus locations (Centreville, VA; McLean, VA; Rockville, MD). Ensure that students are on track by regularly communicating with them and their parents, managing their schedules, and monitoring their progress. Respond to all client inquiries through oral and written correspondence in a timely manner. Analyze student qualities, experiences, and profiles to develop personal branding strategies. Fine-tune instructional strategies for each student to tackle their learning challenges. Recruit and coordinate teachers.
