Currently working on the integration between FedEx and TNT at the Customer and Sales System level.

In this role I was a Global Flying Squad Lead working on implementing a Global Solution and one of the biggest process changes taking place within Europe.Within my role I am responsible for ensuring that for my selected country are ready and setup for the adoption of Salesforce which can include tasks like:• Management & Rollout – Owning the project and keeping stakeholders informed• KPI setting – Working with Sales Managers on KPI and Target setting within the new system• Systems & Data – Ensuring the Data Migration takes place smoothly • Training – Delivering Champions and End User trainingTo date I have achieved success in the United Kingdom and Italy which has resulted in over 700 users moving to Salesforce platform and over the next 5months(March - July) I was responsible for another 7 countries which have now been successfully implemented.From August - December I was based in Sydney where I was responsible for the rollout in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji with another 300 users to train and migrate to the new Salesforce platform.From January until April I will be based in São Paolo looking after the roll out for Brazil and Argentina.

In this role I was Project Lead for the Business Critical Customer Database Application. This entailed the development of a System that dealt with on average 1 million updates a week and upto 25,000 users of the system.• Scheduling development and testing activities with an offshore team• Taking new requirements from the business and adding this into a system already live in production• Monitoring software once deployed into Production to ensure there are no issues any acting on them if they do arise• Coordinate software into production• Taking changes from the business, prioritising them and managing them from requirements to implementation• Migrating from several legacy systems

In this role I started off working on the Customer Database project eventually moving onto the Sales Support System. Both applications were Business Critical Applications that required 24x7 support and callout when required. • Providing 3rd Level support for TNT’s Customer Database and Sales Applications• Supporting upto 25,000 users over 110 countries in a system completing 1 Million transactions a week on a 24x7x365 basis.• Dealing with Multiple timezones everyday• Querying multiple databases over different environments• Reading and understanding XML in order to find a resolution for the end user• Prioritising and distributing incidents between the team • Identifying and Raising Defects.

In this role I was Responsible for the development of Batch automation on the Customer Database web interface• Liaise with an on shore and off shore team to co-ordinate the development and testing• I was in charge of the defect management for the Batch Automation and ensuring the job ran correctly and to the correct specifications• Batch Automation was used subsequently in the roll out of a further 35 countries with the Customer Database Application.
