Currently providing exceptional Customer Services to all visitors, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Participating in the Premium Services Team, focusing to assist longtime friends of the Coliseum within the Scholarship Tower. Working in collaboration with CSC, Legends and LAPD teams for the success of every event held at the venue. Greeting and engaging visitors, checking and scanning USC game tickets, providing wristbands, giving them directions to their seats or suites, and providing them with information as they need to meet and exceed their expectations, delivering a personalized service while valuing the customer's loyalty and tradition to the Venue and to the USC Trojans' football team. Respecting each customer and making them feel part of the legacy while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Fully trainned in Playing to Learn YMCA philosophy/metodology. Assistant Director trainning. Colaborated with the team under Teacher Roles and eventually worked as a Supervisor on Site. Planned and prepared weekly activities for the children according to their interests; daily communication whithin the team; wrote multiple weekly reports and planning guides; recorded and documented weekly children's learnings, provided a safe environment for children, volunteers, parents, and staff.
