Manages 4 external warehouses 2 of them located in Guadalajara one for Mass Market and another for Pharma 1 located in the Canary Islands and 1 in Portugal. In Jan 2010 changes the external logistics operation in the Canary Island to gain synergies, and reduce cost improving at the same time service level and customers satisfaction. Since the beginning participates in the development and set up of the new Supply Chain organization in Iberia that includes: Demand & Supply Planning Dept, Procurement, Customer Services, Quality, Hub Controlling and VAS (Value Added Services). Participates in the implementation of a new IT system PRIME ( an upgrade of SAP) for her areas of responsibility being the implementation done in Jan 2011 including several weeks living in Hamburg. In May 2011 launched a Transport Tender at Iberia level with an outcome of 30% cost reduction compared to current cost. Reaches the most exigent service levels for warehousing and transport driving the company form a 93% in terms of OTIF to 99% for Mass Market and 97 in Pharma. Participates in the International Group of Customer Logistics Development representing Spain where they define different projects with key customers as Carrefour and DIA. At local level defines different action plans and projects to improve Service Level for these customers as well as defines different Value Creation projects. In 4 months drives the company from a service level for these customers of 92% in terms of line fill rate to 98%. -
