As the head the Sustainability Department, I am responsible for:-Overseeing the execution of sustainability assessments and reporting of results. -Developing, managing and executing external communications for the department through the development of the company website, promotional materials, online presence, and workshops. -Engaging with clients, internal teams, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while actively coordinating with stakeholders and relevant partners. -Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks by effectively coordinating project management and addressing potential obstacles or challenges, resulting in successful and smooth project delivery. -Drafting funding applications collaboratively for the company and clients' project aquisition.

As part of the ReGCell project funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU), I was responsible for:- Developing an innovative method for monocrystalline solar panel recycling, allowing for the recovery of valuable materials like silver and preserving over 98% of glass purity, allowing it to be potentially reused. - Support in project management for this and other ongoing projects at the Institute, as well as assisting in teaching and the successful direction of two master theses. - Presented partial and final reports about the progress and results of the project to the sponsor at DBU.-Assisting in the acquisition of new projects, including elaboration and coordination of technical and financial proposals.

As part of the Global project "Initiative Resource Efficiency and Climate Action", I:-Developed experience and knowledge related to climate policy analysis and evaluation of national climate action through extensive research on resource efficiency and circular economy. -Conducted research on resource efficiency and circular economy, compiled mapping of trainings and stakeholders related to these topics in Germany and abroad. -Engaged in policy-relevant analyses and research by preparing reports, work papers, and briefings on resource efficiency and climate policy. -Assisted in project management and monitoring activities in partner countries, specifically Mexico and Argentina, with a focus on evaluating the impact of climate policies. -Drafted collaboration agreements and terms of reference for project activities on capacity development in the area of resource efficiency in partner countries.-Assisted in the organizational preparation of the Study Tour "Fostering Resource Efficiency and Climate Action" on behalf of BMU.

Collaborated with a professor from the Water and Society program in thecreation of a database of drought occurrences and media coverage in San LuisPotosi (1950-2010).

Provided assistance in applying for state funding for various programs, along with the examination and summarization of legal documents and records of financial transactions.Collection, processing and presentation of data on entrepreneurship and start-ups in the city of San Luis Potosi.Support in the organization and execution of large events like Startup Weekend.
