I am a trial attorney that works for a mid-size law firm called The Coast Law Group in San Diego, California. Although we are best known for our environmental advocacy and public interest litigation, we are a full-service law firm that provides a variety of legal services to our clients, including business law, intellectual property, land use and personal injury.In 2001, I graduated from UCLA law school and began practicing law with one of the larges law firms in the world, Gray Cary. At Gray Cary, I focused my practice on assisting business and individuals resolve their commercial and intellectual property disputes.In 2006, I joined the lawfirm of Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire, a plaintiff's boutique law firm composed of some of the top trial attorneys in California. At Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire, I expanded my practice to include eminent domain, land use litigation, and personal injury. Some of my victories included obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement in an eminent domain action, achieving a defense judgment in an action to shut down a mining operation, and attaining a judicial determination that a municipality is liable for millions of dollars in damage caused by its stormwater system.In 2007, I joined The Coast Law Group, where I continue to practice business litigation, intellectual property, environmental law and personal injury.Specialties: As an experienced trial attorney, I am able to take a variety of different types of cases through the litigation and trial process.
