The RESTORE Action will affect a paradigm shift towards restorative sustainability for new and existing buildings, promoting forward thinking and multidisciplinary knowledge, leading to solutions that celebrate the richness of design creativity while enhancing users’ experience, health and wellbeing inside and outside buildings, in harmony with urban ecosystems, reconnecting users to nature.

ZOTSA Management S.L. is a company focused in the development of projects involvingTechnology and Architecture, by means of the Project Management methodology. The companycompletes its portfolio of services assessing its customers with different financial mechanisms toafford the projects (such as Project Finance, Subsidies, Tenders, European Programs, etc.)I joined the company because of my profile as Architect and Project Manager, as well as by myexperience elaborating proposals.My responsibilities here are the following:• Architect responsible of the various projects and proposal in which the company takes part,being the most remarkable the followings:- Development of the sustainability group in liaison with the permanent delegation of theValencia Community in Brussels.- Development of the "Energy Efficiency Plan" for El Platio Golf Course based on sustainableand green improvement and new construction materials.- Architect and Project Manager responsible of the management of the CIBIC project (Centreof Innovation for the Wellbeing of the Human that has the objective of innovating using ITand communication technology to obtain an improved wellbeing for humans) in liaison withTRIM-GBO- Definition of the AMBIENT ASSISTED LIVING project• Client Management• Commercial responsibilities in the architecture area as pre-sales and sales manager, so asproviding support to the organisation during the sales processes.• Definition and implementation of the internal procedures of the company.

My functions are that of the control of the activities of the company and of 150 employees to my post, development of all the plans of work, parking and endowment of the whole municipality, production of the annual budgets, audit, budgetary control, management of the resources, etc, managing an annual budget of 40 Millions of €.

I joined TRIM GBO to start-up a project management department within the company in closecooperation with the technical staff. My double role as Architect and Project Manager allowed meto be involved in the whole life cycle of the construction with a high level of detail, which meantcost savings by executing the different projects according to the plan. On average, I succeeded toexecute projects for our clients with a deviation of less that 2%. Examples of clients I worked withare Harley Davidson, ING Direct, CIBIC, Isofotón, etc.My responsibilities were:• Advisory Architect in charge of ensuring the adequacy of the plans with the Spanishconstruction legislation• Design and elaboration of building plans• Weekly follow-up of the evolution of the construction• Lead the different tenders in which the company participated• Project Managing: define project plan, revise activities to be performed, revise project evolution,risk management, team management, etc.• Financial Management and Client Management.• Start-up of the Project Management department and definition of the internal procedures of thecompany.

I was recruited by the Madrid Official College of Architects due to my knowledge about theConstruction Legislation, my experience as Project Manager and my technical skills. As anArchitect knowledgeable about Legislation, I provided assistant and advice to other Architects. Asa Project Manager, I was in charge of revamping the department to streamline the managementand the provision of advice and of monitoring the performance and efficiency of the employees.My responsibilities were:• Provision of technical assistance and advice to the members of the College.• Elaboration and evaluation of the various tenders launched by the College.• Collaboration on the revision process of the legislation.• Definition of the Governance Model of the department by providing a clear definition of the rolesof responsibilities and redefining the existing procedures of the department.• Definition and start-up of a monitoring system• Elaboration of internal reports and statistic

INPROTEL is a company specialized in CTI and telecommunication solutions. I was hired to workas Architect to design CTI plans and to supervise their installation in the building site. Theaccomplishment of my tasks required the acquisition of the knowledge about the Construction CTIregulation.My responsibilities were:• Advisory Architect in charge of ensuring the adequacy of the plans with the Spanishconstruction legislation.• Design of the ICT plans based on the building plans provided by the client.• Control and evaluation of the works in the building site.• Elaboration of quotations according to the client’s needs.• Technical assessment concerning the Spanish Construction Regulation.

I joined 3G as advisor Architect in the development of a Facilities Management Project for thegroup Telefonica, but, as the project progressed, I had to undertake the role of Project Manager.Thus, I assumed the functions of Project Manager during the Observation Study phase in which Iwas in charge of the management of the tasks in Madrid and the coordination with the teamlocated in London.My responsibilities were:• Advisory Architect in charge of ensuring the adequacy of the plans with the Spanishconstruction legislation.• Responsible for the CTI management in the building site, including the design of the CTI plans;the management of the required licenses and the supervision of the installation.• Lead the Observation Study phase responsible of the coordination between the different teamsinvolved.• Elaboration and management of the offer for the implantation of a Facilities Managementsystem in Telefónica.

I was hired by Llambi Silverlex to be the architect of the Madrid office to develop the technicalprojects but also to take part in the sales processes including both technical and commercialresponsibilities. In one hand, I designed and controlled the evolution of the different works and,secondly, I was involved in the sales processes carried out by my office.My main responsibilities were:• Design of facades based on the components and elements commercialised by Llambi Silverlex.• Control and evaluation of the works in the building site.• Elaboration of quotations according to the client’s needs.• Support to the management of the company during the sell processes• Responsible for the technical liaison between Madrid and Barcelona offices
