In addition to working as a fractional CFO, I am the founder of Caja Holdings providing outsourced accounting services to multi-million-dollar companies, law firms, and diverse small businesses including local CPA firms and Non-profit organizations. I started my accounting career working on manual ledgers for a Miami law firm. Graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a degree in Business Management. Afterward, I climbed the corporate ladder at a thriving accounting software company until I moved to North Carolina with my family. I use my extensive understanding of tax code, accounting, and business management to provide clients with practical and effective internal accounting and tax-reporting solutions. I am a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurship alum. I received the Latin American Businesswoman 2012 Award in Charlotte, NC, the 2017 NAWBO Charlotte Rising Star Award, and the 2021 NAWBO Charlotte Woman Business Owner of the Year. I am also a recipient of The Mecklenburg Times 2019 Phenoms honoree and 2020 50 Most Influential Women in the Charlotte region. I served as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Charlotte 2020-2021.
