• Project Manage Infrastructure Projects.• To provide technical support and engineering advise to the Asset Management Department, as well as other external organizations.• Review detailed designs and documentation for the construction and implementation of infrastructure projects by external organizations.• Provide written engineering advice and reports to the group, Management and the Client.• Attend Risk Management Workshops.• Attend sites and liaise with all stakeholders on projects e.g. engineers, architects, landscape architects, environmental scientists, various authorities and councils.• Provide technical support advise to the Senior Project Manager and Maintenance Manager.• Assist Legal Department with the preparation and/or management of tenders.• Assist Legal Department with the preparation and /or management of contracts.• Provide commercial contract support to the group.• Undertake field assessment of structures as requested.• Management of the Asset Management System in support of the Maintenance Manager.• Negotiating and resolve conflicting project requirements.• Work with multiple stakeholders to achieve project requirements.• Assist with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.• Represent VicTrack at meetings and other duties.
