• Responsible for control and monitor EPCI Projects total expenditure;• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all EPCI projects which includes variation reporting;• Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget;• Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on and register all issues;• Perform technical and commercial review of EPCI long time tenders (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements;• Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project;• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work;• Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) According to the project scope of work and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS);• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure thedelivery / completion of the project work;• Check and control cost movements, compares with current scope and progress as well as withprevious forecast;• Perform Earned Value Measurements (EVM) for the project;• Develop procedures and guidelines for Planning and Cost Control; Setting, tracking and achieving financial targets.• Develop and establish annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for projects

• Prepare tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation;• Prepare initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals;• Maintain a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders;• Assist in preparation and/or review of tender documentation packages comprising of instructions to bidders, contract forms, general terms conditions, bid forms, etc;• Maintain tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion;• Prepare Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested;• Prepare correspondences to internal departments, bidders and contractors;• Establish and verify input on Project Planning and Control for Project Management Team in preparation of ITB (Invitation To Bid)
