Managing my team to accomplish the tasks for the day. Receiving orders, completing paperwork, and helping make orders for the store, all while making sure everyone is doing their roles for the store. Doing cashouts, opening the store, and making sales goals to keep us on track.

Cooking food, food preparation, keeping a clear communication between servers and cooks, working under pressure, problem-solving, and decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Managing two floors of students within the residence building. I was their access to the management team and would be able to help with conflicts and give them any access to school information should they request it. I loved interacting with all different kinds of individuals and learning anything I could about them to help in any way I can. I was one of the few individuals that interacted with most of the students and took the time to talk and get to know them on a personal level.
