Blueprint & PermittingOur Blueprint & Permitting services include Research and Code Studies, Construction Documentation, Energy Analysis, and Permit Application. We always aim for a quick turnaround and we typically pull over-the-counter permits for smaller projects. Construction & ImplementationOur construction services include Budgeting, Construction Schedule, leading construction trades and subcontractors and coordination of construction inspections by local ordinance.

- Targeted Developer, Commercial- Irvine Company Office Buildings- In partnership with the Project Director and/or Project Manager, lead the team in the technical documentation and delivery of entire project cycle from concept through construction.- Provide project team leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration.- Manage client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, signage, food service, landscape, and civil consultants.- During construction, produce CCDs, process submittals, substitution requests and RFIs. Conduct and document site visits and represent LPA in OAC meetings as well as performing final punch walks. - Participate in and lead team discussions on technical and other project related issues
